Whenever I’ve taught yoga, the one common remark all of my students have made is how good they feel after the meditations and visualisations. So, that’s how this section was created, as a small token of self-love, and a chance for people to enjoy a little time out of their busy and often stressful lives, by relaxing (sometimes, even falling asleep!), with the meditations that follow below. My husband, the music composer Bobby Blazoudakis, has written the music, and because his compositions always make me feel good and allow me to travel to happy places, I thought it would only add to the enjoyment if the music continued, even after the actual meditation was over. In that way, if someone wants to stop when the visualisation ends, they can do so, but, if they want to continue relaxing, they also have the option to listen on. Whatever your choice, I hope you enjoy them all.
